What We Offer
Our goal is to cultivate a pipeline that empowers Black women educators to forge their unique pathways in education. We provide coaching, networking, and professional development resources to fulfill that goal in elevating your career to make a lasting impact.
The Workroom: Unapologetic Conversations
The Workroom is a free monthly virtual webinar designed exclusively for Black women educators.* Each session features a guest facilitator who dives deep into a targeted topic, offering expert insights and practical strategies. Participants can ask questions directly, engage in interactive breakout room discussions, and connect with a community of like-minded educators.
Join us each month to learn, network, and grow together in a space built just for you.
*February's Workroom session is open to all.
(This month, we invite community leaders, parents, family members, and all educators to join us for a private documentary screening and discussion about Black Girls in schools.)
